| We are a manufacturer, fabricator and distributor of custom and stock window products. Our corporate office and main fabrication facility is located in Los Angeles (City of Industry) CA. |

| HT window fashions™ was established in 1987. Initially we fabricated only a few products such as our own one-inch and two-inch aluminum blind. As it became successful, we launched new products such as customized cellular honeycomb shades. |

| Our customers consist of custom decorators, designers, retailers, contract and property management specialists and both small and volume purchases. Our strength in the industry will always be the one-inch mini blind and cellular shades. We produce from a single blind to an entire container of and everything in between. |
