| Phone orders are gladly accepted. Phone orders will be repeated back to customer for accuracy and a faxed confirmation will be sent. Any incorrect data should be brought to our attention at the time order is confirmed to prevent your order being made with the wrong specifications. Phone orders are accepted at dealer's responsibility. No credit will be given for blinds made to the wrong specification. |

| Lead Time |
| Typically, custom orders (less than 25 units) are manufactured and shipped within 5 business days. All custom and stock orders are subject to inventory availability. Orders placed after 3:00pm are considered as next day business. Blossom® Roman Shades and New~view® Shades will be shipped out within 2 weeks. |
