HT Window Fashions (HT) extends this limited lifetime warranty to the original purchaser, and it applies only to custom and stock products properly installed in the window for which they were intended.

This warranty does not apply to any HT products damaged by accident, misuse, abuse, direct exposure to salty air or improper moisture, or discoloration due to sunlight, undue exposure, or irregular temperature after one year or the passage of time, to be determined by HT.

This warranty does not apply to conditions caused by normal wear and tear upon the product. It also does not apply to any product damaged by fire, flood, wind, rain, lightning or other act of God.

HT’s warranty obligation excludes shipping charges.
HT’s warranty provides one-year labor, but limited to labor cost incurred at HT facility.
HT’s warranty excludes all labor cost after one year.

In the event of a defect found under this warranty, HT will repair or replace the product, at HT’s option.

Wood blinds are a natural wood product and some light warpage may occur and is considered normal. Color and graining from slat to slat may vary due to natural inherent differences in the wood itself, HT warrants wood blinds from excessive warpage or camber for three months from the time of purchase.

HT warrants dress wood, faux wood and composite wood blinds from excessive warpage or camber for three months from the time of purchase.

In no event shall HT be liable for incidental or consequential damage, loss, cost, expense or fee.

HT will repair or replace any blind found defective under the guidelines of HT’s limited lifetime warranty. However, it is solely at the discretion of HT whether our warranty is honored by replacement or repair.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.

All discontinued products including colors or patterns are limited to one year warranty from the invoice date.

All contract and commercial orders are limited to one year warranty.

All stock blind (including stock cut down blind) are limited to one year warranty.
